How long does the delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 5–20 working days. The estimated delivery time is shown in the offer you receive.
The lead time starts once you have fully paid for the car and delivery, and the car is ready for pick-up at our parking lot.
Can I group multiple vehicles into one shipment?
Yes, and we also offer special pricing and bulk discounts for shipping multiple vehicles.
How will I receive the car documents?
Vehicle documents are sent after you confirm the delivery of your vehicles by uploading the CMR through your Personal page and sending us the delivery confirmation form.
Do I need to be present at delivery?
Usually yes, but you can also assign someone to represent you.
Will I be notified of arrival?
We will notify you 24-48 hours before delivery to arrange a convenient time. Our logistics partners will also contact you directly.
What if something happens to my car during transport?
All vehicles are fully insured during transportation by our logistics partners, covering damage during loading, transport, and unloading. However, always inspect the vehicle upon arrival, take photos, and note any damage on the CMR. If you don’t, we may have trouble with the insurance coverage.
Do you deliver to islands in the EU?
Not at the moment, but we are always expanding and improving our service.
Do you deliver outside of the EU?
We offer delivery within the EU to registered business customers.
For deliveries to non-EU countries or for private customers, contact us for a custom offer, and we’ll be happy to help you with your delivery request.
